Our Store teams are extremely customer focused, commercially minded, and have strong people management skills combined with good planning and organisation skills. We value the qualities of enthusiasm, creativity, integrity and the desire for success. We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our Southampton West Quay Accessorize branch. Working as part of a friendly and motivated team, successful applicants should have a flair for fashion and thrive on going the extra mile for their customer.

This is an extremely pacey environment and we are looking for individuals who are very customer focused and want to help and support the customer experience at a high level. Previous experience within a Sales Assistant role is essential. You must be flexible, as you will support the Management team in their absence and be required to increase hours when necessary. We offer a competitive package, which includes a generous staff discount. We have multiple positions available on 4-40 hours a week. There will also be additional hours as and when required.
