We have 37 stores & head office across the UK, a growing internet presence, and other business streams including wholesale, licensing and franchising.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that your standards of Customer Service are of the highest possible and that you are leading by example.
Ensuring all staff are fully aware of Scribbler service standards and are performing to these.
Making customers your priority and handling all customer enquiries/ complaints effectively.
Maintaining store presentation at the highest standards to maximise sales.
Demonstrating awareness and alertness to shrinkage issues.
Maintaining all current guidelines on stock management.
Training and developing your team.
Constantly looking and planning to make improvements at the shop level for the success of the business.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience.
Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
Strong customer service, management and communication skills.
