About the Role:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our destination? As a Finance & Data Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving our asset management strategy and ensuring our site remains a top-notch, vibrant, and safe environment for businesses and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Finance & Data Manager to oversee finance and data management.

• Participate actively in the Management Team, shaping our strategic vision.

• Manage service charge and car park budgets, delivering precise financial reports.

• Innovate and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.

• Drive car park income reporting, ensuring alignment with business plans.

• Support Health & Safety compliance, enhancing safety standards.

• Develop and refine procedures for optimal financial management.

What You'll Need:

• 3 years of administrative experience.

• AAT or A Level standard; a third-level qualification is desirable.

• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.

• Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills.

• Team player with effective communication capabilities.
