Red Dog is an authentic American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with American beers, delicious cocktails, or milkshakes. Our American award-winning smokers are built to recreate the authentic cooking processes of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our famous ‘Devastator Challenge’ is cooked low and slow and is served with chips and a milkshake, we guarantee anyone who comes here won’t leave the building hungry. Pop in on the weekends for brunch our menu includes fluffy buttermilk pancakes, Red Dog Benedicts with a choice of smoked ham hock, pulled pork or hickory beef and breakfast booze including bottomless Bloody Marys or Prosecco over 90 minutes for just £15.
