Savouring the little things takes on a new meaning at Carluccio’s Southampton; the senses are awakened by the true flavours of Italy via an open plan kitchen and communal table, from where diners can watch the chefs in action.

The full menu will highlight dishes ‘from the deli’ and ‘from the kitchen’, including ‘Antonio Carluccio Signature Dishes’ - those that come from Antonio’s heart and celebrate the simple joys of real Italian dining. Feast like the greediest of Italians on the must-try Grandioso deli antipasti board, Crab Macaroni, Spaghetti Carbonara with smoky guanciale, or Lemon Ravioli and Duck Pappardelle, all served on contemporary blue and white crockery designed exclusively for Carluccio’s.

Carluccio’s Southampton also becomes only the fourth Carluccio’s in the UK to serve pizza, with four varieties available; each pizza is hand-stretched using slow-proven dough and topped with the best ingredients from the deli. Carluccio’s new dining offering is complemented by an extensive collection of white, rosé, red and sparkling wines by the glass and bottle, as well as the Italian-inspired Gin Giardino, Bellissimo and Espresso Martini cocktails blended to perfection.
